炸元宵

食材 ( 3 人份 )
糯米粉150g
水120g
糖4茶匙
地瓜粉適量
作法
1 將糯米粉、水、糖攪拌均勻

2 拌成團後再揉成一顆顆的小湯圓

2 將剛做好的湯圓入鍋煮熟(浮起即是熟囉!)

3 還熱熱的湯圓尚保有水分,此時馬上沾上地瓜粉

4 待反潮後即可起一油鍋,油溫約為灑下麵粉後即馬上浮起,這樣的溫度就可以囉。

5 再來將湯圓入鍋油炸約2分鐘表面成微微金黃即可起鍋!
