Green Monday 桂花糖漬小蕃茄

小蕃茄 (100%)250g
醃漬材料:
桂花糖 (10%)25g
味醂 (5%)12.5ml
檸檬汁 (5%)12.5ml
作法
1 小蕃茄洗淨,吸乾水,一開二

2 把所有醃漬材料加到玻璃樽或保鮮袋中,拌混

3 加入小蕃茄,蓋好蓋,搖晃玻璃樽5-6次,讓醃漬材料均勻包裹小蕃茄,入雪櫃雪最少8小時,過夜最好
